Really useful document, especially the parts with recommended supplements for people with specific medical conditions and the explanations of possible vitamin deficiencies and how to address them. Very straight forward and easy to follow. Noticed a minor error on the Niacin (Vitamin B3) page under the section “Nutrition Interaction” it talks about Riboflavin B2 instead of Niacin B3.

It’s a lot of pages and a lot of info. We are still in the beginning stages of this protocol. It’s the most informative of any info I have found so far. Husband has Parkinson’s and is on 100mg of TTFD along with some extra magnesium. He took the Thimax 100mg pill without any reactions. We will incrementally increase again very soon. It’s important for us to have as much info about the paradoxical effects as possible so he can be a successful as possible. Thank you Elliot for ask that you do.

The document is excellent. It is assisting me in figuring out why my paradoxical reactions and the additional nutrients I need to add to make the therapy more successful. Hoping I can now figure this out for greater benefit. Thank you for this succinct, yet fullsome document.

All in all, a valuable document. The 59 Euros saved me from listening to several hours of videos, and allowed me to frame the topic in my mind so the videos are now even more useful. There were a couple of things you could change to aid in reading: 1. Pg. 18, middle, "(more info in Part 2)". A glance at the table of contents doesn't tell me where Part 2 is. Can you add "Part 1, Part 2, etc. to the Table of Contents? 2. On the dosage charts beginning pg. 22, can you add a brief description of the contents of each supplement listed in the chart under "Supplement"? For example, under ThiaMega, a simple "(B-Complex)" directly underneath "ThiaMega" would help those of us unfamiliar with your brand names, to know what ThiaMega is. This would keep me from having to continually refer back to the somewhat confusing picture at the bottom of pg. 21. 3. Pg. 26, Stage 2 dosage chart: you say to "Gradually double the dose of benfotiamine, TTFD and thiamine HCl. After achieving this the total dose of thiamine is approx 600mg per day." However, in the Stage 1 chart, the previous dose was 400mg. Doubling as per Stage 2, would result in a dosage of 800 mg. Likewise, the increase in dosages between the Stage 3 and 4 charts is not clear. Thank you for your work in writing this document. Any errors are minor. For me, just learning that I needed to take a B-Complex tablet along with the thiamine, has made an immediate difference in my energy level.

Very pleased with the content! I think a strong addition would be the article Elliot wrote back in January of 2022 titled, "Is Thiamine Tetrahydrofurfuryl Disulfide (TTFD) Toxic? Refuting Andrew Cutler’s Claims." That article contains a lot of good commentary that I think would be incredibly beneficial to have on hand as reference for individuals trying to tailor their own protocols due to other complex issues they face. Thank you so much for this resource!

I still haven´t gotten the chance to go through it thoroughly. I bought the protocol to use as a reference. Actually, I am going to write you an email.

Hugely helpful resource. Offers practical step by step guidance. I am using for myself and for a disabled adult son who has issues with digestion and with anxiety. The ebook provides all of the details needed to get us started in working with thiamine therapeutically. Also appreciate the lectures on You Tube. Thank you.

The document contents are great, and they solved my issues with symptoms I was having in week 3 of this process. My printer jammed while I was printing it and I lost the first 10 pages of the download and then the email sent to me does not work for a second download, which it looks like it should have. I sent an email requesting another link so I could print the first 10 pages and haven’t gotten that yet. But once again, the content is amazing and totally worth it and I am ridiculously excited about being able to reverse problems I have had for decades. I am listening and relistening to your videos on YouTube, which is how I came across your work and I’m so grateful. It is quite frustrating that over my 53 years lifetime of expressing symptoms not a single doctor ever considered thiamine deficiency. You are absolutely a man on a mission doing the right thing to get this word out to the people by YouTube.

Excellent, excellent info on something that's literally changed my life. My mind works again. Benfo helped but TTFD does the job best.

Very informative. Wish there was more relating to histamine intolerance.

Good overall but I just wish that a protocol broken down by breakfast/noon/evening (like the megadose protocol) was given for the other conditions such as fibromyalgia. Also the dosing range for Calcium D-Glucarate was never given
