What people are saying
Hi there Elly, part two can be found part way through the document on page 24. We hope this helps.
Thank you for making this available to the lay public. After having Covid, I was not myself. I worked with functional medicine and restored a gut imbalance, but still wasn’t quite right. I am a dentist who also has a degree in nutrition…it dawned on me that my symptoms sounded a lot like deficiency. I have begun protocols immediately and hope to see improvements soon. I will be passing your information on to any provider who will listen…which, in the US, is unfortunately a tall order. Thank you again for this thorough and thoughtful protocol.
I am just starting on my thiamine journey and this document has helped me tremendously. I know if I have any questions I can also get answers from Elliott on the Facebook page. I am hopeful I will find a solution to my constipation problem.
Helped me immensely after metronidazole toxicity.
I have been self-treating chronic health issues for a long time and have made great progress thanks to internet podcasts, groups, videos and blogs. I now have what feels like the one last hurdle and I'm hoping B1 is the missing piece. I wanted to further educate myself about B1 and felt the pdf could be useful. I checked protocols for leaky gut and Sibo (I have H2S Libo - large intestine bacterial overgrowth - but the advice is often the same) and decided to focus mainly on Leaky gut, having made a lot of progress with Libo, although I may also try some of Elliot's recommended supplements for Sibo. When taking 100mg of Thiamine my loss of appetite came back and eating the same diet I started to feel a little slimmer (good indication to me that I need B1) but at 50mg I have returned to my usual loss of appetite. I'm hoping that by following the protocol in the pdf I will be able to increase to 100mg and possibly higher if needs be. If I can rebalance my gut heath, so that I no longer have to avoid a HUGE list of foods I react to I will be very happy. The pdf can't substitute for having personal consultations but as Elliot is fully booked it's definitely a great way to learn more about how to self-treat with B1. I tend to be very comfortable with trying things and seeing how my body reacts but if you prefer clear advice from a Practitioner, this pdf format may not be for you
Such a valuable document. Thank you!
Information is clearly and accurately presented. Both laypeople and health professionals should find it helpful.
Excellent, well researched and presented. An incredibly helpful protocol - distilling Dr Derrick Longdale’s complex work into easy and actionable steps. Elliot has taken this work even further by biochemically noting all interactions when supplementing with TTFD and other types of Thiamine, therefore helping to mitigate any of the paradoxical effects…. Something that I really struggled with in the early days. I believe this downloadable protocol will help change the lives of many.
This is an invaluable guide for anyone intending doing high dose thiamine therapy. It is packed full of practical guidance of what you need, how to use it and a guide to recognize and mitigate other nutrient requirements through the journey of the thiamine treatment. It's essentially the practical guide based on the decades of research done by Dr Lonsdale. So much research has been digested and formulated into this guide by Elliott. I would highly suggest this guide. Please also watch Elliott's YouTube videos and read his blog posts as they are also very helpful.
Thank you for expounding on this important information and adding your protocols. However, I wish in future editions you would explain your reasoning behind the recommendations.....
Still studying the protocol. Only regret is that I did not purchase it earlier on my thiamine journey. Very appreciative of the research and deep dive offered by Elliot Overton.
Very helpful document! I love the section on the paradoxical symptoms. My son absolutely needed 1-2 of the co-nutrients and it was his symptoms while ramping up, that lead me to those co-nutrients. He literally immediately responded to them with improvement.
This is a complete, clear and comprehensive guide to use Thiamine! Thanks Elliot for making it and putting in the enormous amount of work.
Amazing document with everything you need.
I do not have a cell phone, am not on Facebook or other social media outlets therefore am not able to get into my paid e-book on Thiamine Deficiency protocols. Furthermore, your web site e-mail will not accept my e-mail to you about this problem. Please advise. Thank you, Georgiana
I appreciate the information, but I don't think it was worth the almost $70. Very expensive
Thanks to several sources including Elliot Overton I have been able to understand that lack of thiamine has caused many problems in my body. However what was needed was a clear protocol on how to address the issue. That is what this document provides. It is very detailed, including alternatives if one approach does not seem to work. It addresses a number of manifestations of the deficiency, including ther vitamins and minerals that may help. I am very glad that I purchased this document.
I appreciate the work this man does, but I had no idea I had to buy so many other supplements to make B1 work. The protocols call for endless other supplements as cofactors. I just gave up reading. I thought it was about megadosing B1.
I was expecting to get specific information about how to manage thiamine deficiency dosing. There is a section on this and from a glance it looks good. But when you get down into it, there isn't any clear guidance, just a long list of supplements. Why do you have benfotiamine and TTFD and Thiamine HCL in the same protocol? There isn't any information or specifics about that. This appears to be a dump of all the slides that EO has created for many different lectures all dumped into a pdf, but without any explanations of the meaning of those slides. I didn't get what I was looking for. And this is a SUPER expensive "book" compared to all the others. Dr Lonsdale's thiamine book would have been a far better buy for about the same price.
I’ve been feeling below par with chronic health issues for years, explored many allopathic and alternative approaches and even trained to a high level in bio-psycho-social wellbeing myself as a result of my debilitating symptoms. Tears of joy fell when I discovered Elliot’s protocols. Consequently, I’m both hopeful and optimistic about the future. The pdf download is straightforward and practically laid out. It is simple enough for a lay person to understand. There’s no filler or waffle and I devoured the lot in a single sitting with a notepad and pen to jot dot the key info I needed. It felt very good to be able to self-manage and actively support myself in this way. A further benefit was the cost – the content provides opportunity to save hundreds if not thousands of pounds that may easily be spent consulting a clinical ecologist. Often sick people don’t have the knowledge and funds to truly start to reverse their disease and here Elliot presents a Godsend in the form of an attractive do-able way to health restoration and an end to misery and suffering. A price cannot be placed on that. I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot Overton’s exquisite work and see it as gold standard for individuals and healthcare providers alike; feeling indebted and grateful.
That document taught and helped me so much. I didn't know I take Thiamine the wrong way all the time. Now I improved it and we will see a difference.
You have to purchase Elliot's Mega Protocol, it is a bargain. It is comprehensive, extensive and flexible to suit your symptoms/condition. He goes above and beyond, Elliot is very generous with the information he has provided. Its a goldmine!
Extremely helpful. This was thorough and laid out well enough for anyone to understand. His videos and protocol has helped me recover from many symptoms of B1 deficiency.
I love this! It is so worth the money I had debated spending. I love that it provides guidance for replenishing thiamine for different ailments which call for different approaches. I love that it provides guidance on symptoms one might experience as they replenish thiamine and what other nutrients might be needed based on these symptoms. Highly recommend!
I have found very specific protocols for symptoms with which I have been dealing. There is more in this report than what I was able to learn in Elliott's various videos. I'm glad I purchased this.
A life-saving information in a compact format. I'm sure this knowledge should be widely studied and applied by the future generations of doctors.
The document is very interesting and helps a lot. Thank you so much for creating and sharing it. However, I would have liked to know if certain supplements (sulbutiamine, benfotiamine ...) should be taken during meals or not. This may be the only thing missing from the document. Sincerely Charlotte SNOECK
I am very pleased with this protocol. It is clear, to the point, very well explained and it is helping me see the bigger picture I strongly recommend for anyone who is lost regarding their health
Excellent product, clear concise, and helpful. Able to access product at a later date after I addressed my printer issues.
Finding this instrumental to the protocol I am now following, with great optimism!
Clear presentation of facts and helpful advice.
The ingredients that you have mentioned are very helpful for both me ( having high blood pressure) and for my wife ( she has heart arrhythmia). Thanks for your efforts
very useful clinically
Excellent document, among other things describing supplements per ailment/diease. Your work is super, Elliot! Best regards from Berit in Norway
Absolutely amazing information. Years of research and experience in one document. Invaluable!
