Optional PDF Report: If you request a PDF report via email, we collect your email address solely for delivery.

Note: We strongly discourage submitting sensitive health information unless necessary for the PDF report. Any such data is processed temporarily and deleted immediately after use.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share personal data only with the following recipients:
Payment Processors: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) to process transactions securely.
Email Service Providers: Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA) for PDF report delivery, if requested.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://thiamineprotocols.com/ (the “Site”), purchasing our paid educational courses, or using the Thiamine Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or its services.
2. Course Access & Consent
To access our educational courses, you must purchase a subscription and create an account with accurate information. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the courses and Thiamine Bot provide educational content only, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or disease prevention.
3. Thiamine Bot Rules
The Thiamine Bot is a symptom-assessment tool using predetermined, non-AI pathways to generate generic educational outputs (e.g., nutrient testing options, food sources, research-based dosages).
Operation: User-selected symptom checkboxes produce outputs; no inputs or outputs are stored after the session ends.
Optional PDF Report: If requested, a PDF report is sent via email, and the email address is deleted within 30 days.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the bot (e.g., automated scraping, inputting false data, or using outputs for non-educational purposes).
The bot is not a medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745.
4. No Medical Claims
The Site, courses, and Thiamine Bot do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Outputs are generalized, based on user-selected symptoms, and not personalized medical recommendations. You agree not to use the Site or bot for self-diagnosis or as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase if the course remains unused, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Email office@eonutrition.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, stating your intent to withdraw.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation, using the original payment method.
No refunds are available for downloaded or accessed content, except where required by law.
For defective or non-conforming content, contact us for resolution options.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Thiamine Bot’s pathways or algorithms.
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without prior written permission.
Misrepresent bot or course outputs as medical advice or professional recommendations.
Engage in unlawful or disruptive activities (e.g., hacking, distributing malware).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with notice where feasible.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including courses, articles, videos, and the Thiamine Bot, is the intellectual property of EO NUTRITION SARL, protected by French and EU copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, EO NUTRITION SARL is not liable for:
Health decisions or outcomes resulting from Site or Thiamine Bot use.
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site access or content reliance.
Technical issues, Site downtime, or service interruptions beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course, where applicable.
9. Compliance with Regulations
No statements on the Site have been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or MHRA. The Thiamine Bot and courses are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not classified as medical devices under EU Regulation 2017/745.

13. Force Majeure
